If you find it difficult to schedule regular appointments, or have multiple stubborn areas of tension that never seem to get enough time, then this is for you. This session has no set time limit, I will “work ‘til I’m done”, up to 4 hours, using every technique and tool that I have in my tool belt, as needed.
Some tools and techniques may include any, or all of the following; stretching, myofascial, trigger point, percussion, shiatsu, gua sha, hot stones, cupping, acupressure, CBD, etc.
